竹科管理局於114年11月28日(五)舉辦「2025智慧篩檢.共創健康-精準健康跨域推升計畫成果發表暨技術媒合會」。
本活動是「113年度精準健康跨域推升計畫」之執行團隊發表計畫成果(共5案);
其中世延生醫 張雅婷研發長在本會中發表「血液胞外體蛋白質生物標記(組)檢測套組原型開發」,
應用與臺灣科技大學蔡協致教授合作開發的改質微球隊血液檢體內胞外體進行純化後,
使用標靶定量質譜術進行胞外體多個蛋白質標記之定量分析。
本技術針對多標記組合,可應用在口腔癌、大腸直腸癌症、胰臟癌、膽道癌和胃癌。
The Hsinchu Science Park Bureau held the “2025 Smart Screening for a Healthier Future – Precision Health Cross-Domain Advancement Program Achievement Presentation and Technology Matching Event” on November 28, 2025 (Friday).
This event featured the presentation of five project outcomes delivered by the implementation teams of the 2024 Precision Health Cross-Domain Advancement Program.
Among them, Dr. Ya-Ting Chang, R&D Director of S&T BioMed, presented the project “Prototype Development of a Blood Exosomal Protein Biomarker (Panel) Detection Kit.”
In this project, exosomes in blood samples were first purified using surface-modified microbeads co-developed with Professor Hsieh-Chih Tsai of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Subsequently, targeted quantitative mass spectrometry was employed to quantify multiple exosomal protein biomarkers.
This multi-marker technology can be applied to oral cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancer, and gastric cancer.
